· Pat is an associate broker with Keller Williams Advantage Realty in State College.

· She has been in the real estate business since 1986 and has been a broker since 1989.

· Her specialties are residential sales, referrals, relocation and new construction.

· Pat served as president of the Huntingdon County Board from 2001 – 2005 and has served as the RPAC chair for the board. She serves on the Centre County Association of REALTORS® MLS and Grievance Committees.

· She serves on the Centre County Housing Authority and the Centre County Affordable Housing Coalition. She is also a member of the Bellefonte Historical and Architectural Review Board.

· She serves on NAR’s Land Use, Property Rights & Environment Committee and has previously served on the Housing Needs Committee and MLS Committee.

· At PAR, she has been District #5 Vice-President since 2007. Pat has served on most committees including Legislative, Finance Convention & Marketing Advisory Group & and was Vice-Chair of Standard Forms Oversight Committee and Standard Forms Feedback Panel. She is a current member of the Board of Directors, Convention Advisory & Marketing Group and the Executive Committee. She also has served on various Task Forces. Pat is also a member of the RPAC Capital Club. She was chair of PAR’s Affordable Housing Task Force.

· Pat holds the following awards: PAR Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award, Referral & Relocation Certification, Centre County Association of REALTORS® Realtor of the Year – Association Activity- 2005, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Member of the Year- 1998, Women’s Council of REALTORS® State President 1996-1998 and Women’s Council of REALTORS® State Governor -1999.

· Pat is a member of the Outdoor Ministries Commission of the Penn Central Conference United Church of Christ and serves on the commission Property Committee. She is also Vice President of the Northern Association of the Penn Central Conference and serves on the Ministries Planning Committees. She is a Secretary of the Penns Valley Kiwanis Club.
