• Philip H. Sieg Professor of Business Administration, Chair of the Department of Insurance and Real Estate, the Smeal Director of the Office of International Programs and Director of the Institute for Real Estate Studies at Penn State University, State College
• Author and co-author of 13 books including Fundamental of Real Estate Investment (3^rd Edition, 1995), Real Estate Investment Decision Making (1982), Analyzing Real Estate Decisions (1985)
• Published over 75 articles in academic and professional journals
• Education: B.S. real estate, M.S. finance and Ph.D, real estate and finance, University of Illinois
• Awarded the George Bloom Award for contributions to the field of real estate
